What is weight
management

Weight management can be any step you take to reach and maintain a healthy body mass index (BMI) - a weight that is proportional to your height.

Building a personalized weight management plan with your healthcare provider is a great first step to reaching your goals. Many different factors can influence your weight like nutrition, genetics, lifestyle, gender, and age. North Oakland Internists experienced providers partner with you to understand where you are struggling and focus on sustainable changes that deliver results.
